Warranty / Registration

Teak Sea rifles are warranted for any defect in delivery or loss of functionality caused by the wooden parts or mechanism for a period of 6 years from the date of receipt of the product for normal use.

More specifically, the warranty covers:

All equipment in a new and compliant condition. Any defects in the finish will be subject to approval by Teak Sea for exchange or compensation, by means of photos and testimonials from the distributor or the client.

Mechanism and retractable line release, if the corresponding defects are likely to impair the functionality of the weapon or its safety in use.

Quality of bonding and cracks if the corresponding defects are likely to impair the functionality of the weapon or its safety in use. Possible defects will be by means of photographs and testimonies of the distributor in support submitted to the approval of Teak Sea for exchange or repair.

Arrows and rubbers are considered as consumables except for an initial anomaly.

The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The warranty does not cover the consequences of tampering with the product or improper or particularly intensive use or storage.

In order to expedite the handling process in the event of a technical problem within the scope of the warranty, Teak Sea invites you to register via the following form using the engraved speargun serial number.

This allows, in case of assignment, also to transmit the rights relating to the warranty.
